Loyalty

We represent the athlete, not the deal. When a brand, a school, or a business wants something the athlete should not give, we say so.

Transparency

How Regent works and how Regent is paid is explained in full at the first meeting. No hidden fees. No fine print that changes the story.

Eligibility

A season is worth more than any deal. Every opportunity is reviewed against the rules before it reaches the athlete, and every disclosure is filed.

Judgment

The right deal for a seventeen-year-old is the one that still looks right at twenty-two. We say no to the ones that will not.

Presence

No intake team, no hand-off. The people who sit down with the family are the people who handle the work.

Why It Matters

Representation is a relationship.

Name, image, and likeness has opened real opportunity for athletes, and it has drawn people who see a seventeen-year-old as a transaction. Regent was built as the alternative: a small roster, families we know, and a standard of conduct we would want for our own children.

Our relationships with athletes, coaches, and programs go back more than three decades, and through our training and development programs we see and advise thousands of athletes every year. That is where our judgment comes from, and it is what we bring to every opportunity we put in front of a family.

We measure our work by what an athlete has built when the season ends, and by whether the family would make the same choice again.
